I am happy to say that both Gwen and I reached our initial shape shifting goals!

Go to our web site www.intentionalprosperity.com and you will see a picture we took of ourselves yesterday. The background was a blank white wall behind Gwen’s desk. I used a 500 watt construction light. (a little harsh but it did the job) She used photoshop to place a nice background behind us. A little softening of the harsh light and focus…and this how we really look! Nice job Gwen.

Hey, I knew if I lost twenty pounds it was going to make a difference…

Taking my glasses off and getting into a shirt a size smaller than 6 weeks ago is a real morale boost! I saw such a big difference I told Gwen we have to take the video down from the landing page until we can put up a new one. (who was that guy in the suit?)

Of course I think Gwen looks fabulous. She’ll argue with me but I didn’t think she needed to lose any weight….The important thing here is that we are motivated to keep going… to keep losing weight. She only has a few pounds while I have a “bit more” (ha) to lose.

I am thrilled that the toughest part of the weight loss process is behind me. That part is making a decision to do it. The first few days are always hard, but there were times during the last six weeks when it seemed like nothing was happening… according to the scale.

If you are going to lose weight, use the scale on the day you begin.

Then not at all until you come to the end of your “first phase”. Pay attention to what you see in the mirror and how your clothes begin to fit differently.

I didn’t follow my own advice in the beginning and frankly I was getting frustrated. “Salad again!” Okay, it’s medicinal. The neat thing is that I now look forward to veggies and fruit. I had a couple of instances where I let myself eat the “old way” (pizza!) and it was as if I got run over by a truck. It sucked all the energy out of me.

You know, when you get used to a constant flow of energy which propels you through any activity you choose… you don’t want to lose it.

My biggest lesson so far?

I am astonished at how my previous eating habits and lack of consistent exercise forced me to live on such a low level of energy. I was thinking slower, taking more time to get things done…You know the drill. The interesting thing is that you get used to it. A lot of people my age simply believe this low energy existence is how it’s supposed to be. Well, it’s not! The foundation of the Intentional Prosperity™ philosophy is based upon your innate ability to transform yourself and your life.

Gwen and I are honored to be able to use the Intentional Prosperity™ philosophy and techniques to achieve the beginning of a healthy and exciting transformation…And it helps that we both had a couple of live-in Life Coaches (each other) to help us along the way. We’re looking forward to helping you with your dreams too.
