You try hard. Everything you do, you think is right… but for some reason, things fall apart or become tangled. At the end of the day your energy has been drained and another day of walking through a fog, trying to keep all the balls in the air has left you wondering:

Is it possible for me to be “broken”?

The answer is yes.

I should say, however, when you reach the point of wondering if you are broken you’re most likely already on the mend. The point when you were really broken was when you didn’t question the ride on the merry-go-round your life had become. Assuming that chaos, turmoil, drama and things never working out is what life is supposed to be is the broken part.

What actually breaks?

To put it simply, nothing is actually broken. The “process”, which is the main operating principle governing your experience of life, is working perfectly. It always does. It’s your expectations which are out of sync with your true intent (what you really believe, not what you think you believe) and the subsequent decisions and actions you are taking. In other words, there’s nothing wrong with the recipe…

You’re just using the wrong ingredients.
