		<description>Hi Bob,
I would say that I came from an dysfunctional family. I at a young age took the role of the responsible child and the peace maker. I know it is my nature to be nurturing and respectful to my parents. However, my other older siblings turned out to be the complete opposite of getting their life together and went down the wrong road of drugs and we came from the same family.

People always ask me, how did I turned out the way I did. I tell them that I had other family relatives for an example on how they were a parents to my cousins. I also had my godmother and godfather that love me and show me love. We also had a family doctor that I admired and I wanted to be like him. A doctor and I was told that girls are not doctors, they become Nurses. I would play house with my cousins and I played the doctor and I was great at the Operation game. I became a willful child and I also had teachers that told me to take out I can't from my vocabulary. And if i wanted to do sports and run track, to say no to drugs. My high was being a runner, bicycles, Volleyball player, on a bowling team and what ever sports that was in season. In high school I was on a team of seven kids that put the first Health Club in the school. We got certified in CPR and taught it to students who wanted to learn it for free. Really I was there because I liked this handsome boy name Randy. He was going steady with a Japanese girl name Joselem. She became a Surgeon and they married. Randy dropped out of Medical school because it was difficult to work and study.

I only went to one semester of College and stopped also. Too difficult, I left home at 17 1/2 yr. old and became a Nurse Orderly and said whoops, should of stay home to continue with College.
I fell into my field of work and I have learn so much about myself and boundaries and I have continue with the path of my spiritual Journey.

I know there is layers of healing and changing patterns and beliefs that don't work for me, I continue to work on it and wonder. Does it ever all clear. One day at a time or one year at a time, depending on what I am working on to clear.

Thanks for the topic, not sure if I started with a clean slate. I think instead, I have become a Warrior to clear the slate and learn to come from Love, but at the same time I have to see what is coming up under the true issues of what I had learned or believed as a child and to really seek the truth and not to blame the folks or anyone else that I am in relationship with and to own what is my my truth.
