Is All The World Really A “Stage” — For Dishonesty?

Is it my imagination or does every movie and television show seem to have dishonesty — hiding all or part of the truth — or just a big lie — at the heart of every story?

It’s always about people being afraid to tell the truth or say what they believe is their personal truth.

Then the story unfolds and we see all the problems and unexpected consequences that always come as the result of hiding from the truth — or hiding the truth!

Okay, if we’re constantly bombarded with these never ending morality plays — which clearly show us the folly of dishonesty — how come the world is so full of pain and suffering?

Pain and suffering usually caused by people being dishonest with other people!

I’ve always maintained that it takes only a 1% shift in your attitudes, opinions and beliefs to create a substantial change in your life.

That also applies to personal honesty and integrity.

The kind of “spin” we too often give to things — which seem harmless at the time. Imagine if you were to apply the same “true or false” standard that you hold yourself to on the big stuff — to the little stuff.

This is where the 1% change comes in and makes a big difference.

What if you were to catch yourself in the small “harmless” spin on the truth that you don’t even think about — because it’s a habit?

How many unintended consequences do you keep facing — as new and unexpected problems and challenges — that could be avoided — with a 1% change in how you deal with your day-to-day situations? How you deal with your unconscious habit of slighty coloring the truth…

It’s a tuff thing to even consider — that you may be putting a spin on things as automatically as taking your next breath of air.

We all do it.

It’s what makes life such a challenge — and I’m sorry to say — so predictable.

“Heavenly Body” And Intentional Creativity

“Heavenly Body” from The Life On Mars – A music video
composed, performed and produced by Bob Baran.

Intentional creativity — the imagination unleashed!

I’ve mentioned many times that the very same principles and techniques presented in “The Intentional Prosperity™ System” were responsible for my being able to achieve many artistic breakthroughs with my music.

I wanted to share with you a track from my album (released a few years ago) “The Life On Mars” titled: “Heavenly Body”. I combined images from the NASA / Hubble Telescope along with the music.

I composed, performed and produced the music as a stream of consciousness composition. Using intentional creativity — I was able to sit down in my studio and compose the music without having any idea what the first note or the last note of the composition was going to be. You could say I “channeled” it directly from my imagination. You can hear full stereo sound clips of the album at gatheringwave.com or the itunes music store and just about every other online music store.

Intentional creativity allowed me to create instantaneous music.

I’ll be adding an article about this creative process to the Intentional Prosperity™ site — with this music video in the near future — I wanted you to see and hear it first.

I hope you enjoy this music video and please feel free to share the video with your friends… By the way, YouTube converted the expansive three-dimensional stereo music track into a “mono” track –
ahh, the limitations of a free service!

If you have any questions or comments about the video or the creative process I used please email me at bobbaran@mt.net or use the chat feature on the Intentional Prosperity™ web site.

The Unlimited Potential Of An Open Mind

To many, unlimited potential is a cliche.

You hear it all the time in my business.

Take the limitations away (often self imposed) — unleash your imagination and anything is possible.

Every now and then I discover something that breaks the mold of what is possible (or what I thought was possible) which erases the cliche and puts new meaning into “unlimited
potential”

Take a close look at this picture:

IT WAS CREATED WITH A TYPEWRITER!

By a man named Paul Smith.  He had severe cerebral palsey — yet he broke through the self imposed limitations of what we humans thought he could achieve and created a means of expression which is nothing less than astonishing and inspiring.

Born in 1921, Paul passed away in 2007.  He left a legacy of artwork which — because of the nature of his physical challenges –  presents a powerful and compelling argument for the reality of unlimited potential.  He was able to find an infinite canvass of possibilities within the confines of his physical ability.

In other words, he used what he had available to him and found that he could transport the beauty of his imagination into this physical world — in a manner that leaves us humbled.

As the years go by I am more convinced that anything is possible.

We humans continue to live in a shared reality which is based upon the lowest common denominator — fear being the greatest aspect of that shared reality.

As you move into the understanding of your true nature and unleash the creative powers which are waiting for you –  as part of your DNA and hard-wiring –  you will also surprise and amaze yourself with what you are capable of doing.

Never let “unlimited potential” be some catch phrase with no real meaning in your life.  To do so, is to turn your back on the reason why you have been given the gift of life:

To discover who and what you really are:  A point of view — a perception of reality — an imagination whose properties are determined only by what you decide they will be.
